Argent Energy Honoured as Highly Commended in the Best Medium Organisation Category at the 2024 Business Culture Awards
Argent Energy has been awarded with an accolade as a Highly Commended Organisation in the Best Medium Organisation category at the 2024 Business Culture Awards, highlighting the company’s dedication to building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
In addition to this honour, Argent Energy was named a finalist in two other categories:
- Best International Initiative for Business Culture
- Best Learning Initiative for Business Culture (under 3.5k employees)
Argent Energy’s leadership programme was recognised by the judges at the 2024 Business Culture Awards as an excellent example of integrating cultural and operational transformation, praised for its strategic coaching approach and the impactful “pizza slice” model fostering collaboration and cultural transformation from across the business. One judge noted, ” An excellent example of the utilisation of coaching within a real practical scenario with strategic drivers and operational impact. I really liked the amalgamation of cultural and operational transformation.”

The Programme
As Argent continues to grow and evolve, the 21st Century Leadership programme has become a cornerstone of its cultural transformation. Launched in 2023 in partnership with Anne Chatroux Executive Partnering, Argent Energy’s leadership programme was designed to unite teams across international operations and drive collaboration while supporting the company’s global decarbonisation agenda.
Delivered over three months through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, the programme is designed to address real business challenges within cross-functional teams. The results have led to tangible outcomes, including cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced cross-functional collaboration, driving lasting improvements throughout the organisation.
