WHAT IS GLYCERINE?

Glycerine, also known as glycerol, is generated as a valuable by-product of the biodiesel production process. Argent has the capability to upgrade this crude glycerine to a high-quality, technical-grade product, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical applications and able to displace fossil fuel-derived feedstocks for products such as monopropylene glycol.

Argent’s refined glycerine is suitable for the production of epichlorohydrin, a key component in the creation of epoxy resins, among many other applications.
